Hi Squeaky!
Sorry for posting this here but I can't get the form to work to post it in the right spot. I recently upgraded my system, and couldn't remember my IJ password. I clicked to have the password changed, but since it seems Hotmail isn't on speaking terms with IJ at the moment, I haven't gotten any sort of message. I really don't want to lose my permanent account and have to start a new one; how can I recover my password despite the conflict? I checked my junk mail folder, the message didn't go there. (I had to post this as anonymous since posting as a user requires logging in with the password that I haven't got.)

	We are working to resolve the issue with hotmail and hope to have mail flowing to them again in the next day or two. (Reply to this) (Parent)
