Site Issues
I am going to take a break from the comment rot issue over the next few weeks to work on other problems that have been plaguing the site. I have kind of hit a wall on that issue, and I know it's a big one. I figure if I work on some other problems for awhile and then come back to comment rot maybe I'll have some fresh ideas on how to fix it.

Don't freak out too much, Squeaky. You do a good job, all things considered. It's a small site that exploded without warning, and you're keeping up with it the best you can.

Don't listen to all the haters who just bitch about what they don't have and aren't thankful for what they do have. A ton of people left GJ for IJ because we couldn't RP there anymore. And you're doing more for IJ than System EVER did over at GJ. So thank you.

okay so i don't want to seem rude or annoying and i apologize if i come off that way but i really wanted to tell you what is going with my account right now. every time i try to upload an icon ij makes me recrop it on the site and then the quality of the icon is shit. is this a new feature or something? cause if it is, you guys should really not keep it because it's kind of horrible. also, it's only happening on my account, i've asked other people and their accounts are fine.

I'm not sure where is the best place to leave this comment... I figured leaving it here would at least get it seen. I'm trying to rename this account to ~gina (I own it, I know how to do it, that's not why I'm here!), and I tried purchasing a rename token, as well as a $5 coupon (purchased as a gift for another account of mine), with a $10 coupon (the $5 coupon was purchased, as not to waste the remaining amount), but when I went to check out this was what came up. It's telling me it's been checked out, yet I haven't gotten an email with codes, and when I try to use the coupon again, it just tells me that it's been used for another cart of mine and I can't cancel the existing order... Is there any way you can help me out? If I have to change the order and buy two rename tokens with the $10 coupon, instead of the one rename and $5 coupon, I'm fine with that.

	i left a support ticket about trying to reset the e-mail for a journal ~bradford because i registered it to a tmail account and tmail seems to be blocking all ij emails. it tells me the request has been made private. is that normal? i just wanted to check because i'd hate to lose the journal. 	I'm only having one issue with the site myself which seems to be that my email isn't forwarding. I have my gmail account forwarding to my phone, which it has been doing with all my emails except the ones from this site. Suggestions? (Reply to this)

	I'm sorry, but this is getting ridiculous. There's been no communication from you at all. You keep saying you'll fix the bugs and haven't fixed any of them. You owe your paid subscribers better service than that. When are you going to actually fix the site issues you've claimed you'd fix for MONTHS? (Reply to this)

	will a way to disable the private message feature on an account ever be established? when people can't comment, sometimes they use the PM feature to harass a person and i think it'd be nice if it could be turned off in the event of unwanted messages or make it friends only, etc. (Reply to this)

	I didn't know where else to go with this since I couldn't get anything from the support board or tmobile, but since I switched back to a sidekick I wanted to get my lostinfo for accounts I registered with my tmail. Is there any way I can email you to prove that it's my tmail and get my information? (Reply to this)
