Site Issues
I am going to take a break from the comment rot issue over the next few weeks to work on other problems that have been plaguing the site. I have kind of hit a wall on that issue, and I know it's a big one. I figure if I work on some other problems for awhile and then come back to comment rot maybe I'll have some fresh ideas on how to fix it.

I'm not sure where is the best place to leave this comment... I figured leaving it here would at least get it seen. I'm trying to rename this account to ~gina (I own it, I know how to do it, that's not why I'm here!), and I tried purchasing a rename token, as well as a $5 coupon (purchased as a gift for another account of mine), with a $10 coupon (the $5 coupon was purchased, as not to waste the remaining amount), but when I went to check out this was what came up. It's telling me it's been checked out, yet I haven't gotten an email with codes, and when I try to use the coupon again, it just tells me that it's been used for another cart of mine and I can't cancel the existing order... Is there any way you can help me out? If I have to change the order and buy two rename tokens with the $10 coupon, instead of the one rename and $5 coupon, I'm fine with that.
